At Cassie's Caws, we take pride in the meaningful strides we’ve made in our mission. Becoming a registered nonprofit is a significant milestone in itself, allowing us to further extend our reach and impact. We’ve successfully raised funds for Julie the cat’s eye surgery, ensuring her health and well-being. Our fundraising efforts have garnered nearly $10,000 in donations for the Humane Society, making us the largest donation drive in Broward County. We’ve also raised hundreds of dollars for the Animal Refuge Center to support their medical assistance needs, helping animals get the care they deserve.
Through our efforts, we’ve strengthened community ties by uniting all Broward County NHS chapters, fostering collaboration toward a common goal. Additionally, our awareness initiatives led to the accomplishment of securing Cassie’s high school diploma and creating a memorial garden in her honor. Every month, our passionate community contributes significant physical donations, further supporting our mission. We’re also proud to have partnered with the American Cancer Society for the ‘Bark for Life’ event, showcasing our commitment to meaningful collaborations that benefit both animals and our broader community.
